The Samuel White Charities
The Samuel White Charities were established in the early 1700's by two local
philanthropists - Samuel White and Francis Willoughby, to assist those in need in the Parish of Middleton. 

There are four trustees currently overseeing the running of the Charity affairs:

All applicants for rented housing in the future (none currently available) need to register with North Warwickshire Borough Council on their Uchoose system. This can be done in the following ways: -  

  • Apply for housing online via the Uchoose website
  • Visit the One Stop Shop reception during office working hours at the Council Offices, South Street, Atherstone.
  • Telephone North Warwickshire Borough Council on 01827 715341 during normal office hours
  • E-mail housingservices@northwarks.gov.uk

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

At all other times, leave a message and Waterloo Homes will return your call as soon as possible

The Trustees meet bi-monthly and administer the occupancy and maintenance of the Samuel White Bungalows and the land owned by the Charity.

Grants are available for help with winter fuel costs, TV licenses and gardening assistance.
